Hey! I'm Amanda. 

I'm excited you're here and look forward to getting to know YOU!

 A little about me... I'm married to my best friend and we have two amazing toddlers, Savannah & Beckett. We live in sunny Florida, but you will find us traveling as often as we can. I love people, animals, reading, traveling, being outside, the change of seasons, hiking, skiing, paddle boarding, the sound of my kids when they laugh, wine, a good cup of coffee on a cool morning, iced matcha lattes when it's HOT (so every day here) and I recently learned to love cooking.

Getting real... I lost my Mom, one of my best friends, to stage 4 lung cancer two years ago. Our son was a month old when we received her diagnosis. Our daughter was 20 months old at the time and we were taking care of my Mom while slowly losing her. To say every day was survival was an understatement. We then lost our family dog, my soul dog, 6 months later. I was overwhelmed with grief and new to motherhood. I felt completely lost and extremely depressed. That light inside of me felt like it had been stomped out.

I was drowning in negative thoughts, I had developed horrible eating and drinking habits, and I felt totally lost. I didn't like who I saw in the mirror anymore. That's when I found an online fitness community. The programs that were 30-minutes or less only 5-days a week (I knew I could do that with our chaotic life). And they are FUN! I fell in love with all of it. I found tools to help me change my mindset, fuel my body with nutritious foods, and fitness programs that bring me SO MUCH JOY! Plus, the community of like minded women is saving me daily! It's more than I had imagined.

I decided I wanted to pay this forward. I know what that empty, loneliness feels like and I don't want you to feel that, too. I want to help YOU find your light again and shine bright. I know you can, because I'm living proof it's possible to make that change.

 I'm here for you. I'm ready to help you identify your goals, elevate your life, and find your LIGHT! Because we all deserve a life that's worth living. You are worthy of it, too. xo
